Oshkosh Neighborhoods - Contact Polly Briley

I have lived on the East-side of Oshkosh in the 1200 block of Merritt Avenue for 14 years. The East-side and University neighborhoods are the heart and history of Oshkosh and my passion. After championing the East-Side/University neighborhoods, I came to the conclusion there was a more proactive tactic I could take, get great folks into the neighborhoods!

I chose to become an agent with RE/MAX Valley, Realtors based on many factors, the main being they encouraged my idea of focusing on the downtown Oshkosh neighborhoods and were ready to make it work. RE/MAX is also the largest Agency in the world with a great referral program, so it expands the number of people I can work with and help.

When my husband Mike and I first arrived in Oshkosh we had a real estate agent show us around and help us get our bearings. She spent hour after hour helping us, even though she knew we were not close to buying a home. Her dedication to us has stuck with me after 14 years. This is the type of agent I aspire to emulate.

For the past 25 years I have been a political communication specialist. I helped candidates, government officials and companies perfect their communications with the public and persuade them to action. This skill will serve me well as I work on your behalf.

I have also been a community activist for the Downtown neighborhoods. It is a cause I believe in and will continue to be a major part of who I am, as your Advocate and as your neighbor.

My responsibilities to you don't start or end when you hire me to be your Advocate, As your neighbor and I hope, your friend, we are in this together.
